October 2023 has been an incredible, powerful, heartbreaking month.
I admit that the struggle to keep going amidst all of the politics and everything going on in the outside world has left me with very low energy. I’ve turned to listening and learning rather than commenting.
Prompted by synchronicities, I have reached for stories of all kinds as solace, connection, contemplation, exploration, and heart. Sometimes, just to be entertained.
